<p>The combined businesses of the Ambient Group have introduced a
strategic change&nbsp; to share senior staff across the group
including NZ Director, Chris Monaghan who will&nbsp; become
the&nbsp; Group COO with the&nbsp; key focus being developing sales
strategies across both markets and, Catherine "Roxy" Roxborough who
will expand her operations role to cover both the Australian and
New Zealand markets working with each local co-ordination,
activation and talent team.</p>

<p>Group Managing Director Mark Fishwick said, <strong><em>" These
appointments are a reflection of the depth of experience we have in
both business and the belief that by sharing resources we can
provide a more efficient service to our clients and
suppliers."</em></strong></p>

<p>Chris who is a partner in the New Zealand business will be able
to work across both markets senior agency personnel and our own key

locals the chance to tell others what's great about their
suburbs.</p>

<p><em>Where's the best place to get a coffee in Ponsonby? Who does
the best flowers in Avondale?</em></p>

<p>So for the latest campaign, Ambient Advertising worked with
Lassoo Media and M&amp;C Saatchi to execute a range of ambient
media across small businesses and venues. Media such as food
call-outs in café displays, branded tennis balls in dog parks,
reverse decals on the bottom of pint glasses in pubs, and stickers
on fish &amp; chip paper, prompted suburban residents to share
their feedback on Localist as well as use it to find the best
places around.</p>

<p>We are launching a brand new product and we want you to name
it!</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>We have 3 great prizes to give away;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>1st Prize - luxury trip to Yarra or Hunter Valley worth over
$2000</p>

<p>2nd Prize - an iPad 2</p>

<p>3rd Prize - annual cinema pass</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>For your chance to win, take a look at the photo mock-up of the
product. We will be launching this mobile, 3 sided poster unit at
the beginning of July and need a name that is cool enough for
Ambient but still reflects what it is. Our Ford Fiestas are
currently the most efficient hybrid cars on the market - making
this product kinder on the environment and it can be branded with
client logos on the doors and bonnet so the whole unit is truly
ubiquitous with the brand.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>So… once you have the perfect product name in mind - simply
email us on fb@ambientadvertising.com.au with your contact details
and your entry.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>We will be judging and announcing the winners on the
20th of June.</strong></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Terms and conditions apply.</p>

<p>Entries close on 19 June 2011. The Promotion is a game of skill
adjudged according to set criteria. Chance plays no part in
determining the winners. 1st Prize will receive a voucher for
accommodation at either Yarra or Hunter Valley, depending on the
winner's preference. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be
transferred or redeemed for cash.</p>

<p>At Christmas, Chloe Hardy from OMD New Zealand won the $2000

style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
To all of our loyal readers, first timers or dip-in-and-outers,
Ambient Advertising would like to wish you all a very happy New
Year!</p>

<p

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
2010 was an exciting time for us here at Ambient that saw us
undertaking some great campaigns, launching our Australian facebook
page and re-launching our website!</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
With over 200 fans our facebook page has really taken off - giving
our customers a one stop portal to check out what's going on in the
world of alternative media and get involved in some fun
competitions. In just a few months we have sent someone to
Thailand, given away a brand new iPad, not to mention the thousands
of dollars worth of shopping spree's we gave away at Christmas, and
2011 is not going to slow us down.</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
Internally we have grown and there have been some new recruits who
have helped us shine; Michael Fishwick joined us as an Account
Manager in Sydney in June and Kylie Maughan in December as
Operations Manager of Australia. We are now a passionate team
twenty strong across Aus and NZ, able to create, plan and execute
the best ambient campaigns in Australasia!&nbsp;In addition, to
bring us into the new year with a bang we now have a great tagline:
Media Where it Counts! Ambient Advertising have pioneered the idea
of placing media where you need it most, ignoring standard barriers
of entry and two dimensional offerings and we feel this slogan says
just what it needs to!</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
&nbsp;</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
A big thanks to all of our clients who have used us repeatedly over
the years; a great example of which is Pedigree who repeated 2009s
awesome adoption drive, raising awareness of the vast number of
homeless dogs in Australia while allowing people to adopt or foster
at the same time!&nbsp;Also to those who have come to us wanting to
hit the market with a media-first; Telstra managed to do just that
with their Cross City Tunnel advertising, paying for the public's
tolls for a full rush hour period!</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
Then there were some brand new clients to Ambient who allowed us to
tear down all boundaries; Pineapple Dance Studio's - what can we
say? Random distribution of pineapples in tutu's across city
centres was bound to cause a stir, but if you didn't see it, you
can still check out how fabulous it looked by visiting our youtube
page&nbsp;<strong>ambientadvertising</strong>! And "Heart of the
City" in NZ; turning littered areas into beautiful flowerbeds was
definitely a first and was part of a campaign that made national
news!</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
&nbsp;</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
And of course to our street poster clients; we have consistently
provided Australia with the highest quality locations and
distribution for over ten years and continue to do so. We love
street posters - our cost effective way of reaching the masses -
and we know you do to!</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
So thank you everyone and here is to 2011; a year where we vow to
raise that bar higher than ever before and keep people noticing
your brands! Why be ordinary, when you can be extraordinary?</p>

<p
style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px;">
